The following is a generic schedule for the events that will occur at Texicon. It provides you
with an EXAMPLE of the Session time frames, which can be further broken down into half hour slots if required.
Currently we do not offer overnight gaming.
Please note: Texicon considers a day to begin at 7am NOT at midnight.

that game type found under Event Schedule
As of 2013, Texicon schedules events based on a rotating schedule. This will allow attendees to have time
to relax between games and to play games in Open Gaming. Remember: any table that has a yellow table
cloth is an open gaming table. If a GM or Magnate asks a gamer to leave one of the tables in a gaming hall.
This means that the table is needed for one of our scheduled events. If you are going to have a long game
at an open gaming table please make sure that it is not going to be needed before your game concludes,
else you might find yourself having to move your game to another location.
The tables that are in the hall are permanent open gaming tables. However, please share any table space
that you are not using with other gamers, especially since there are only a few open gaming tables.
The rotating schedule will also allow attendees to go to Seminars. To see if you want to go to one, click
the Seminar link.
Finally, it will also allow attendees to go to the Lost Worlds Tournament that occurs in the RPG/ Board
Each section's schedule will be grouped by game type. The Tables are identified by their type for ease of use.
RP=Role-Play, BG=Board Game, MN= Miniatures SM=Seminars. In the Game Halls game types can be identified by color:
Roleplaying: Green Table Cloths, Boardgames: Purple Table Cloths, and Miniatures: Orange Table Cloths.
